Job Title: Analysis Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Analysis Engineer with a strong knowledge in the Durability domain. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of both theoretical principles and practical applications related to Linear, Non-Linear, Fatigue, and Vibrations. Experience with vehicle durability assessment and testing, including analysis model building for vehicle aggregates, BIW, suspension, trims, and full vehicle durability simulation, is essential. A solid understanding of mechanical engineering and automotive principles is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle durability assessments and testing.
• Build analysis models for vehicle aggregates, BIW, suspension, trims, and full vehicle durability simulation.
• Perform experimental data analysis for vehicle durability.
• Utilize CAE tools such as Nastran, Ansys, ANSA, HyperMesh, HyperView, and HyperGraph.
• Apply theoretical knowledge of Linear, Non-Linear, Fatigue, and Vibrations to practical scenarios.
• Conduct objective and subjective assessments within the vehicle Durability domain.
  
  

Essential Skills

• Working knowledge of Durability domain (theory principles of Linear, Non-Linear, Fatigue, and Vibrations).
• Experience in vehicle durability assessment and testing.
• Proficiency in CAE tools: Nastran, Ansys, ANSA, HyperMesh, HyperView, HyperGraph.
• Sound knowledge of mechanical engineering and automotive principles.
  
  

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Scripting abilities using Python or TCL/TK.
• Ability to write programs to solve mathematical or logical problems.
• Process automation using Analytical Programming / Python Scripting.
  
  

Work Environment

You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment with access to advanced technologies and equipment. The position involves typical office hours with occasional requirements for additional hours depending on project deadlines. The dress code is business casual. All necessary tools and software will be provided to ensure you can perform your role efficiently.
