Actively participate in the Cadetship Program, following the provided training curriculum.
Engage in practical training, classroom instruction, and on-site assigned projects.
Complete the agreed scope of work within the agreed duration of the program.
Collaborate with senior sales staff to create proposals, quotes, and presentations for potential clients.
Help identify market trends, competitors, and new opportunities for growth in the target market.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and technical specifications related to ongoing sales opportunities.
Learn and understand the technical aspects of the company’s products/services, including features, benefits, and how they solve customer challenges.
Assist in managing customer inquiries and providing information on product specifications, technical solutions, and service offerings.
Minimum Qualifications:
A graduate of any Engineering-related courses: Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, etc.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn technical concepts and apply them in sales and business development.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Willingness to travel and engage with clients on-site
