Engineering Design Associates is looking to add a Survey CADD Technician to our Survey department Team in our Richmond office. We are a long-standing local company that offers a fun, family atmosphere. The right individual will be motivated to grow in this field, be creative and passionate to work with all types of land development projects. RESPONSIBILITIES -Perform calculations in support of Boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, Record plats, and Land records research -Support Surveying and Engineering staff on computational or CADD drafting tasks. -Support Surveying and Engineering staff with ongoing projects and operations -Conduct site visits, inspections and data collection duties as required to complete projects REQUIREMENTS -High School diploma, Associates Degree in drafting, or related field experience preferred. -Minimum 3 years of related experience required -Good understanding of Surveying and Civil Engineering plans and deliverables -Have excellent communication and time management skills. And, possess a high attention to detail.
