Job Description: * Provide CAD drafting and Civil 3D modeling to support projects * Set up and maintain file system for project drawings and models * Develop/update templates for the optimization of work flows * Produce high quality generated infrastructure models and drawings * Lead in the development, standardization, and maintenance of CAD standards and library locally * Review input from the project manager and lead designers on the project and back-check that all comments have been incorporated into the model/drawings * Support the training and development of junior staff in AutoCAD and Civil 3D modeling Qualifications: * Associates Degree in engineering/architecture/drafting from a technical institute or accredited curriculum * 7+ years' experience as an AutoCAD draftsperson/modeler in Civil/Site Engineering with proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D modeling. * Significant attention to detail * Ability to meet project schedules and deadline within budget * Experience with coordination with other disciplines and offices Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $115000.00/yr. full med dental and vision insurance 401k stock match stock options matching stock options continued education courses for certifications and licenses Workplace Type This is a hybrid position in Princeton,NJ.
