Responsibilities:
- Planning and preparation of survey drawings from field notes, sketches, and/or other material
-Drawing preparation to include plot plans, foundation locations, easement plans, existing conditions surveys, pipe networks plan and profile, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, minor and major subdivisions, and as-built/record plan preparation.
- Create and modify maps for special assignment.
- Assist in developing survey maps and layouts, when necessary.
- Quality control for completeness, accuracy, and to ensure plans meet company and industry standards.
-Organize/maintain project drawings, plot files, and project related information.
-Coordinate reproduction of plan sets for submission.
-Complete projects within project schedule and budgetary targets.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in CAD software, Carlson preferred.
- Experience with construction survey and/or engineering a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret technical specifications
- Knowledge of drafting techniques, standards, and practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Reporting to the Lead Engineer, your core skills in schematics, drafting, and CAD will be essential in producing accurate technical drawings. You will also utilize premium skills in CAD software, Carlson preferred, to enhance project efficiency and precision. Your relevant experience in construction will ensure that designs meet industry standards and project requirements.
