💥 What You’ll Get to Do:

• 🎯 Create and manage dynamic, interactive community maps that guide our buyers to their future homes.
• 🛠️ Update and maintain floorplans, site maps, and brochures that our sales team depends on to shine.
• 🏗️ Help launch new communities with preliminary lot fits and marketing assets.
• 🔄 Keep our systems KOVA and AutoCAD up-to-date and running smoothly — critical tools for our sales and construction teams.
• 📈 Own the data behind our operations — driving smart, fast, and confident decisions.
• 🤝 Work side-by-side with marketing, construction, sales, and external partners to make every detail perfect.

🧠 What You Bring:

• AutoCAD wizardry and Adobe Acrobat skills ✍️
• Bonus points if you know your way around KOVA or other homebuilding software!
• Impressive organization skills 🗂️
• A passion for homebuilding, mapping, and teamwork
• Eye for detail + love of keeping everything accurate, clear, and easy-to-use
• Background in residential construction or real estate? Even better!
