DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assemble cabinet components by hand using simple tools and hardware. Follow written and verbal instructions to complete assemblies accurately and efficiently. Maintain consistent quality by adhering to standard processes and inspecting work. Keep your work area clean and organized. Work closely with other team members to meet daily production goals. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This is a manual labor position that requires standing for long periods. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Requires good hand-eye coordination and strong attention to detail. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Must be reliable and able to follow instructions closely. Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude. Experience is not required- just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
