C++ Technical Architect

Location: Kraków (Hybrid: 1–2 days onsite per week)

Contract Type: B2B or Permanent

Rate:

• B2B Contract: 1,600 – 1,900 PLN/day
• Permanent: 240,000 – 300,000 PLN gross/year (open to negotiations )

We are currently hiring for a C++ Technical Architect to join a leading global technology organization based in Kraków. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-impact software architecture and development projects in a hybrid work model. You'll play a pivotal role in designing scalable, secure, and efficient systems for enterprise-level applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust software solutions and service frameworks using modern C++.
• Define and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and best practices.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and reusable design strategies.
• Collaborate with managers, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Lead architectural reviews, ensure compliance, and identify areas for improvement.
• Evaluate technology stacks and integration methods for optimal performance.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams; conduct code reviews.
• Monitor system performance, address technical concerns, and ensure delivery quality.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of architectural designs and decisions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in C++ software development and architecture.
• Proven track record as a Technical Architect in complex system environments.
• Deep knowledge of OOP principles, design patterns, and service-oriented architecture.
• Experience with databases (MySQL, Oracle) and operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead technical discussions and decisions.
