Job Qualifications: Software development experience (6+ years) with a focus in server side development. 5+ years experience developing applications in C++ with strong object-oriented analysis and design skills. Experience with MS Visual C++ development, Win32 API and debugging tools Demonstrated experience delivering a successful product from conception to shipment. Deep knowledge of server multi-threading and concurrency issues. Expert with web environments and protocols (HTTP 1.1, SSL, proxies, firewalls) Knowledge of server performance issues. Experience with tools such as BoundsChecker ,Purify, and Quantify is a plus. Must have the ability to quickly learn a complex existing codebase with minimal instruction. Meaningful server-side Java/J2EE development experience is a plus.
