WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?
You’ll be working as part of a collaborative, mid-sized team (6-10 developers) focused on C/C++ software development where you’ll help
implement architecture designs, optimize code performance, and contribute to the verification and validation of our Navigation library.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain high-performance C/C++ code, ensuring robustness and adaptability across defense projects.
- Implement drivers to decode messages from navigation sensors (e.g., INS/IMU sensors, GNSS receivers) and manage serialization/deserialization of protocols like RTCM or RINEX.
- Create tools to verify and validate library functionality, testing for robustness and accuracy of navigation algorithms.
- Support data collection campaigns from navigation sensors for ongoing projects.
- Assist in hardware/software integration activities.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
We are looking for graduates or experts in
Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields with a background and interest in
C/C++ development for defense and navigation applications. Ideal candidates will be skilled in working on medium to large applications and will contribute to developing high-performance navigation libraries.
We also value previous experience and knowledge in
software development and testing. Additional qualifications include:
- Hands-on experience (professional or personal) in software development for medium to large applications, with a strong focus on C/C++.
- Proficiency in Linux OS, Git, and IDEs like Eclipse, Visual Studio, or Visual Code.
- Familiarity with Python and other programming languages.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Google Test, Pytest, and/or RapiTest.
- Background in Systems Engineering, Navigation, or relevant certifications is a plus.
