Summary

Position: As a systems integrator with a unique position in the Counter-UAS market, Dedrone is looking for a Software Engineer who can work in an agile, fast-paced environment to develop Radio Frequency (RF) transceiver embedded software for the detection, identification, geolocation, and mitigation of small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS). Responsibilities: The Software Engineer takes responsibility for the architecture, design, and development of an RF transceiver system. The transceiver is an Internet of Things device which reports its detections to a cloud host, and from which it also receives command and control of mitigation activity. Qualifications: · C/C++ programming with expertise in DMA, event-driven architecture, pub/sub model, and python integration · CUDA programming with expertise in shared memory, GPU task management · Python3 programming · Experience with Redis, DockerCompose, and MQTT · Familiarity with Jetson architecture desired. · Experience in RF communications, Electronic Warfare (EW), Software Defined Radio (SDR), digital signal processing (DSP) real time computing desired. · Bachelor, Master, or PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar · US Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Asylee About Dedrone Dedrone is the market and technology leader in airspace security.
