European Union Contract REF: AM11014 Senior C++ Developer – Remote in the EU – Freelance: 6 month contract + extensionsoption to go perm Orbis have been retained by a global cybersecurity business in Eindhoven who require a Senior C++ Developer to join them on a freelance basis. This is an initial 6-month extendable freelance opportunity (with strong likelihood of extension andor the opportunity to go permanent). You will join their Sensor Technologies squad and will be responsible for implementing new and improved capabilities within the clients’ products to better classify network assets, to detect operational anomalies and potential security threats. Minimum 5 years of C++ experience Good proficiency with Python Proven knowledge of TCP IP and Networking concepts Affinity with performance-critical code Bonus points if you have: Knowledge of Java Docker experience knowledge Knowledge of Lua scripting language Systems security background or knowledge Rates are negotiable depending upon experience circa 40-50 EURhr. You would be required to be onsite for an initial onboarding week and also travel once every 4 – 8 weeks for a few days is (flexible + negotiable). .
