MA Capital is a dynamic international trading company (offices in Switzerland, UAE, and the USA) is looking for an experienced C++ Developer to develop an ultra-low-latency trading platform from scratch.

Required Experience: 3–6 years

Responsibilities:

• Develop an ultra-low-latency trading platform from the scratch.

• Optimize and refine existing code.

Required Experience and Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a total of 5+ years of experience as a C++ developer.

• Higher technical education (Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science) from a top university.

• Experience with Windows/Unix C++ coding, STL, front-end and back-end development.

• Experience in low-level software engineering (writing highly optimized code, raw TCP/UDP).

• Knowledge of TCP/IP sockets, client-server data exchange, multicast network protocols.

• Financial sector experience is preferred (non-crypto).

• Familiarity with exchange data protocols (text-based FIX and binary SBE FIX).

• CME experience is a plus.

• Multithreaded programming skills.

• English: ability to read technical literature without a dictionary is required, and the ability to express thoughts fluently is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication skills. Results-oriented.

• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and find simple solutions.
