Software Developer (C++/Rust)

Our client, a growing technology consultancy working in the telecom sector, are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer on a permanent basis with expertise in C or C++ and a willingness to cross-train and work with Rust. Our client is based in Ipswich, Suffolk. The role can be worked remotely with travel Ipswich on an occasional basis. As part of a dynamic team, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance software solutions in both C++ and Rust. This is a hybrid role based in Ipswich, offering a balance of remote and in-office collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize software applications in C++ and Rust.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges and ensure optimal software performance.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and integrate Rust best practices into the development process.
