We’re hiring a Business Unit Controller to join a Fortune 500 company in a dynamic hybrid role that blends technical accounting with operational leadership. This is a rare opportunity to move beyond traditional controllership and gain broad exposure across the enterprise.

Candidates MUST HAVE:

✔ 10+ years of Big 4 experience (1st/2nd year Senior Manager preferred)

✔ Strong track record supporting publicly traded, SEC-registered companies

✔ CPA required

✔ Must be able to work onsite 3 days per week

🚫 No financial services client experience, please

In this role, you'll split your time between owning the day-to-day financial operations of a business unit and digging into complex, non-routine accounting issues. You’ll partner with the Accounting Policy & Internal Controls team to ensure both accuracy and strategic insight.

📍 Location: Wilmington, DE (Hybrid – 3 days in-office)
