Purpose of the Role:
Managing financial profitability, improving financial processes, managing Clients activities & account receivable including account reconciliation, negotiating and formulating action plans to maintain healthy net working capital, provide insightful analysis to support business development and commercial teams
Expectations of the Role:
- Prepare annual last estimate & budget requirement
- Prepare analysis of financial business performance for new and existing clients
- Monitor the collection of financial (Account Receivable) claims to Client & manage dispute and overdue
- Review and prepare calculation of hold and release Account Payable payment to client periodically
- Review and prepare the calculation all existing Intervention by client to mitigate the risk
- Review and prepare monthly analysis of account Principal Claims Accruals, AR Claims, and AR Unbilled for Management
- Conduct monthly closing process & review necessary calculation for all responsible Clients & journal in SAP
- Manage timeline submission and review all Team monthly reports
- Review GOR report and prepare GOR analysis for any outlier on gross profit margin
- Manage relationship with Client as client Finance Business Partner, and Liaise with Clients on a daily basis to provide exceptional support by fielding inquiries, responding to agreed ad hoc request and/or confirmation
Attributes Required:
Must-Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in Finance as Finance Business Partner or Commercial Finance, others
- Strong accounting knowledge and business acumen.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Analytical, inquisitive, and able to clearly explain the story behind the numbers
- Excellent communication skills, with strong proficiency in both written and verbal English
Advantage to Have:
- CPA or other Finance qualification is an advantage
