Plans, initiates, and oversees execution of all elements for assigned programs. Leads the development, implementation, and management of assigned programs and associated projects. Oversees process from planning through transition to operational owner. Works with multiple internal teams, vendors, clients. Responsible for explaining, training, and mentoring the entire organization on the program. # EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor#s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required. Three (3) years directly related experience in a managed care/health plan/health insurance setting required. Leadership experience required. Training and certification on continuous improvement methodologies through an accredited organization preferred (i.e., Lean Six Sigma, Quality Continuous Improvement, Total Quality Management, Business Process Management). Experience and/or certification with Project Management methodologies through the Project Management Institute (PMI) preferred. Experience in management principles, practices, policies, procedures and regulations as they relate to assigned program(s) required.
