Your Role And Responsibilities

  • Responsible for designing and implementing solutions for Chinese enterprises' overseas/global human resource transformation for clients, including global human resource solution design (global talent recruitment, compensation and benefits, talent development, motivation, performance), global HR organizational design, and global HR process design.
  • Responsible for designing global control models for clients
  • Responsible for helping clients build cross-cultural organizational capabilities
  • Responsible for designing HR related risk management and compliance plans for clients

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Experience: Over 10 years of HR consulting experience, including over 5 years leading global human resource transformation projects for manufacturing enterprises (such as overseas factory construction, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and HR integration)

Industry background: Possess overseas human resource management experience in large and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises such as automobiles, electronics, and machinery

Successful case: Led complete HR globalization landing projects in at least 30 countries/regions

Core competencies

Proficient in global organizational design methodology (such as matrix control, shared service center construction)

  • Possess cross-cultural sensitivity and master international leadership development methods and tools

English can be used as a working language
