Job Title: Business Transformation Specialist

Work Location: Charlotte, NC/Minneapolis, MN

Hybrid - Minimum 3 Days/Week in Office

Pay Range: $50-$58/hr

Duration: 24 Months Contract

Job Summary:

In this contingent resource assignment, you will:

Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.

Review and analyze multi-faceted, large-scale, or long-term Business Execution challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented elements.

Contribute to resolving complex situations by applying a solid understanding of business functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to meet deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning

(or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military service, or education).

Key Skills & Expectations:

Proven ability to strategically create and execute effective plans across multiple business groups to drive change.

Collaborate and consult on plans involving training, system access, communication, and procedures, ensuring alignment with project teams for conversion oversight.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and make informed recommendations.

Strong execution skills with the ability to develop clear, concise plans and ask clarifying questions when needed.

Ability to re-prioritize quickly in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while managing multiple priorities.

Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and interpersonal.
