Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement change initiatives.
• Conduct process assessments and identify areas for improvement.
• Support the development and execution of strategic transformation plans.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and document business requirements.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Defining and documenting the business processes as well as the software requirements for the initiated technologies, including the whole range of solutions and applications developed or improved by the bank and the companies in the group
• Understands at a higher level the functionality of internal IT systems (Information Technology)
• Obtain specifications using interviews, document analysis, studies and visits, description of work processes, case studies, scenarios and economic analyses, as well as analysis of activities and work flows.
• Describe workflows by detailing a business use case, finding and specifying users and entities, and defining automation requirements
• Assist the testing team in project testing processes, ensuring that bug fixes are made and communicated
• Proactively communicates and collaborates with external and internal clients as well as team members for the analysis of business needs and functional requirements and delivers, as the case may be, upon request, the following types of documents: case studies, logical and functional schemes, substantiation documentation projects as well as the "scope" audit within the implemented project methodology.
• Initializes processes for IT projects;
• Collaborates with developers and direct beneficiaries to establish a vision from a technological point of view and analyzes the necessary compromises between usability and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business analysis or process improvement roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in English in both written and verbal communication
• Min. 2 years of experience in related field
• Knowledge in banking sector and project management / change management experience is a plus.
