Join an amazing Product Development team working on a key component of GBT's core platform! We own a set of APIs dedicated to selling and servicing hotels booked via different content providers and user tools in a uniform and familiar way. We interact very closely with our Development Scrum teams and other Product and Development teams both within our platform and with client applications. Our team is small, 2 Product Managers reporting to a Director. **What You'll Do on a Typical Day**
+ Work closely with Olay stakeholders such as Hotel Point of Sale (HPOS) Product Managers and other applications that use OLAY APIs to gather requirements for improvements to the platform
+ Analyze GDS host and web services existing and new functionalities and how they can impact Olay APIs (positively or negatively)
+ Investigate issues, functionalities, and use cases based on user and platform needs, and present analytical findings to team members and colleagues at all levels on conference calls or in person meetings and workshopsWork with the OLAY product managers to create user stories and deliver new or improved functionality to our end users.
+ Utilize all tools available to assist in analytical solutioning: Internal and supplier Dev Portal documentation, SMP Platform logs and dashboards, interactions with GDS and supplier contacts
+ Write Release Notes to meet SDLC deadlines
+ Create or update User Stories and/or Bugs in Jira, iTops, or SNAP as needed
+ Respond to technical questions from colleagues about the Olay APIs and operations
+ Create and/or analyze PNRs, troubleshoot bugs, test through the GBT eco-system to understand impacts, document and sharing findings as needed
+ Become an important reliable team member and provide support to the Olay Product team
**What We're Looking For :**
+ At least 3 years experience with GDS PNRs and/or web services (ideally both), specifically Amadeus, Sabre and Galileo. Must be proficient in one of these at minimum.
+ Solid understanding of PNR touchpoints at a Corporate TMC
+ Experience creating effective technical and functional documentation for both technical and non-technicalaudiences
+ Experience collaborating across multiple functions and working with developers, operations, SMEs, technical resources, and support teams
+ Ability to work on multiple features at the same time while also supporting "Business as Usual" processes and responsibilities
+ Self-starter who feels accountable and responsible for producing quality work and sharing it with colleagues
+ Demonstrated experience of working in an analytical role; corporate travel agency background preferred
