The Stow Company is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Business Systems Analyst located in Holland, MI. We are the country’s premier source for custom closets and organizational solutions; designed, custom-cut, and shipped directly to our clients.
Primary Purpose of Position:
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will work towards solving information technology centric issues at The Stow Company. Using your education and business knowledge you will work directly with our users to solve business-related problems.
Be part of a Scrum team that works closely with our end users, and subject matter experts, to ensure that the software we build provides the best user experience possible.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Support and troubleshoot ERP processes supporting SAP and sub-systems required to run the business.
Participate in the implementation of new system capabilities, workflow, and reporting improvements.
Participate in the interface between business needs and technical execution.
Participates in application testing and problem resolution
Actively support all team objectives and accountabilities.
Work in a fast-paced, Agile development environment
Be passionate about utilizing the ERP system (SAP) and respective sub-systems to solve real world problems
Continuous improvement of deployed systems

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:
Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent in Information Technology, or related field
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent in Information Technology preferred
Inquisitive and passionate about learning, and driven to succeed
Certifications/Licenses/Registrations:
N/A
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
C#, Python, or formal programming experience
SQL, mySQL, Postgres or relational database architecture
SAP S4 ABAP, Fiori tile development a plus
Interpersonal skills in order to work effectively with individuals both internally and externally to The Stow Company
Must have excellent customer service skills; including strong written and verbal communication skills
Must have the ability to interface with all levels of personnel in an office and a manufacturing environment
Ability to take the initiative and work well independently with little supervision, and as part of a team
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Sitting at workstation approximately 80 percent of work time
Standing and walking approximately 20 percent of work time
Must be able to travel between plant and office locations
Ability to work overtime or occasionally on weekends with short notice
Typical office environment with shelves overhead and above work surfaces
