Job Summary

• Are you a seasoned Business Systems Analyst with a knack for Agile methodologies and requirements gathering? Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team in Strongsville, OH. This role offers a hybrid work model, with three days in the office and two days remote.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate project requirements
• Ensure project execution aligns with stakeholder expectations
• Collaborate with a Product Owner and a Crew
• Participate in Service Now Transformation Project
• Contribute to cost reduction initiatives
  
  

Skills Required

• 4-6 years of experience in Agile methodologies
• 4-6 years of experience in requirements gathering
• Bachelor's degree
• Team player with strong collaboration skills
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Service Now
• Ability to conduct system demos
