Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Type: 4+ Months Contract to hire

Work Locations – Columbus, OH (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Responsibilities include maintaining, monitoring, and updating application systems, researching and correcting problems, testing and implementing new software or modifications, and developing user training for new and existing applications, products, and procedures.

Additionally, the role involves developing and updating documentation to support policies or procedures, generating and monitoring reports, files, and other data, and responding to questions to provide technical support to business unit members.

The position may also act as a liaison between software vendors and the business unit or between users and other corporate areas.

Previous AWS experience as a Developer is a plus, as this is a technical team that needs to understand the environment and developer tasks to write stories effectively.
