The Business Systems Analyst II will support the Delivery and Mobile Technology department within the Engineering organization of the US Postal Service. Essential Functions: * Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs * Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies * Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field * Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job * Will perform others duties as required Education and Experience: * Associate's degree in a related area required, Bachelor's degree desired * 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area, Federal Government support experience desired * Experience using MS Office Suite software (Word, Excel, and Access) and specialized software * Works under immediate supervision * Typically reports to a manager Additional Requirements: * Candidate must be able to sit, stand and work at a computer for prolonged periods * Strong mathematical and analytical skills * Ability to work flexible hours when needed * Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check & drug test * MBA Consulting Services, Inc.
