READY Construction Services, LLC delivers relationship-focused, high-quality commercial general contracting services, customized to meet the unique needs of a broad spectrum of industries. Founded in 2016, READY is headquartered in Dallas, TX. The Position The Business Systems Administrator is responsible for: IT Infrastructure Management: Manage the services provided by (external) IT service provider to Oversee and maintain the company’s IT systems, including servers, networks, and hardware. Provide adequate and functional services including system performance monitoring & troubleshooting issues Ensure regular backups, updates, and patches for all systems. Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies to protect company data. Monitor for potential threats and respond to security incidents. Educate employees on best practices for cybersecurity and data protection Systems Administration: Manage user accounts, access controls, and permissions across platforms. Configure and maintain business-critical applications and software. Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and system compliance. User Support: Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly. Train users on new systems and technologies to enhance productivity. Assist in onboarding/offboarding (computer set-up) for incoming and outgoing employees. Technology Strategy and Planning: Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve business efficiency. Collaborate with leadership to align IT initiatives with organizational goals. Manage IT budgets and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective solutions. Project Management: Lead the implementation of new IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and system integrations Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a related role. Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and system integration. Experience with business systems such as MS suite, Monday.com, Sage (construction), Quickbooks and/or other enterprise applications. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Monday, Tableau, etc) Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
