The Business Support Associate plays a key role in managing claims, insurance operations, and finance-related tasks while providing support in customer service, general affairs, and procurement. This role requires strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
Claims Management:
Handle all product claims for Qoala Partnership
Handling claims from the initial notification until it is approved by the Insurance Company
The said claim handling can be in the form of:
Examination of all claim supporting documents before being sent to the insurance
Monitor the claim process from start to finish
Maintain SLA of Insurance
Handling claim appeal to Insurance Company
Ensuring Report Claim on daily basis
Insurance Operations:
Policy closing to insurance partner (submit quotation, data checking, etc)
Bridging the communication between sales team to Insurance Partners
Finance Operations:
Record daily transactions, invoices, tax payments
Manage accounts receivable
Keep records of invoices and tax payments
Identify and address account discrepancies
Additional Supports:
Provide support in other areas: customer service, office GA & procurement
Requirements
2-4 Years in claim position/ customer support/ customer service
Diligent
Used to fast phase working environment
Staying in Manila
