Reporting to the Servicing Management Team, this position is responsible for facilitating process management and enhancements within the Servicing organization, with a focus on in-line and post-mortem controls testing. This role supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of sampling methodologies, audit processes, and reporting functions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
This position collaborates with operational teams to analyze current processes, identify gaps, and develop solutions that enhance efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance. Additionally, the Business Support Analyst partners closely with stakeholders to define reporting needs, data management needs, and system enhancements tailored to evolving trends, regulatory requirements, and investor expectations.
Qualifications Include:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/ GED)
* 2+ years' experience in mortgage servicing required
* Prior experience with data entry and analysis preferred
* Prior experience working in a fast-paced workplace preferred
* Black Knight MSP experience strongly preferred
* Solid skills and knowledge of MS Word, Exce,l and Outlook
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Solid interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
* Good judgment with the ability to evaluate and make decisions
* Strong time management skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Customer service/ client orientation with strong execution skills and results orientation

Compensation
* The hiring range for this position is between $53,996.80-$70,720.00 annually
* This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
