What you’ll do:

• Analyze and reconcile data across SAP, Workday, and SmartRecruiters
• Ensure data quality, support process enrollment, and monitor performance
• Build insightful reports and dashboards to influence strategic business decisions
• Present directly to senior leadership.
• Step in confidently during regional meetings when leadership is unavailable
• Tackle ad hoc requests from upper management with speed and accuracy

What you bring:

• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in reporting, analytics, or a similar data-focused role
• Strong Excel skills—pivot tables, advanced formulas, lookups, automations
• Experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable under tight deadlines
