Description

We are seeking a Business Process Program Manager to join our team in Pleasanton, California. This long-term contract position involves overseeing key initiatives within the Talent Acquisition Strategy and Experience team to ensure hiring practices remain compliant and effective. The role combines project management, analytical expertise, and knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks to support recruitment processes and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure hiring processes comply with relevant employment laws and regulations by collaborating with HR Compliance and Legal teams.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to minimize compliance risks and maintain operational integrity.
  • Conduct audits of recruitment workflows to identify gaps and ensure adherence to established guidelines.
  • Analyze program effectiveness related to recruitment technologies, candidate experience, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Workforce Strategy and Planning teams to evaluate and refine program metrics.
  • Track and report program outcomes, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Coordinate training tools, materials, meetings, and other logistical elements to support hiring initiatives.
  • Identify risks associated with recruiting practices and propose actionable solutions.
  • Present insights based on data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of talent acquisition programs.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within talent acquisition or compliance-related functions.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to measure program performance and identify trends.
  • Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures to address compliance risks.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in coordinating training and materials.
  • Familiarity with auditing recruitment processes and evaluating program effectiveness.
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with HR, legal, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Workday or similar systems is highly desirable.
