We are currently looking for a passionate and motivated Business Process Management (BPM) Technical Consultants to join FINARTIX's Software Engineering Ecosystem and help us create a new Practice focusing on all modern BPM platforms (Appian, IBM BPM, Kofax BPM etc.) and cover the demand within our consulting projects for major clients within different industries in the Greek Market. The candidate will play a key role in the architecture/design, implementation, and management of BPM-based business solutions to improve our clients' delivery approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of BPM-based solutions for clients, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Develop and maintain integrations between the corresponding BPM application and various external systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle from design through to deployment, ensuring high-quality coding practices.
• Provide BPM-specific architectural expertise, guiding the team in the implementation of complex solutions.
• Oversee system integrations with databases, external applications, and other platforms, ensuring seamless operation.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring best practices are followed and that quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to BPM applications and integrations.
• Act as a technical consultant for the client
  
  
  

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (mandatory)
• Experience in software development, with a strong focus on BPM platforms (Appian, IBM BPM, Kofax BPM etc.) and integrations.
• Expertise in BPM applications Appian, IBM BPM, Kofax BPM etc.), including design, development, and deployment.
• Strong experience with BPM Integrations.
• Solid understanding of BPM oriented design patterns, object design, and performance optimization techniques.
• Strong experience in Appian functionalities such as Records, Reports, Sites, Processes, and Actions will be considered as a plus
• Appian or IBM BPM Certifications will be considered as a strong plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Able to work independently and as part of a group.
• Analytical thinking & Problem-Solving Attitude.
• Languages required: English and Greek, both written and verbal.
