Introduction

ASML is a global leader in advanced technology systems for the semiconductor industry. Our integrated portfolio enables the production of complex integrated circuits (ICs or chips), powering a wide range of electronic, communication, and IT products.

As a Business Process Management (BPM) Consultant, you will play a key role in defining and documenting business processes within the Planning & Delivery (P&D) Business Process Management team. Your expertise will contribute to the completion of the Business Process Framework for Planning & Delivery and Strategic Sourcing & Procurement by 2025.


Your Mission

You will be responsible for documenting and structuring L3 & L4 business processes in ASML MyProcess (Aris). Through stakeholder engagement and workshops, you will ensure that process descriptions are clear, logical, and actionable.


Your Responsibilities

  • Organizing and leading workshops with business stakeholders to capture detailed process information.
  • Challenging and refining existing processes to ensure simplicity and efficiency.
  • Structuring and documenting L3 & L4 business processes in ASML MyProcess (Aris).
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align process frameworks with business objectives.
  • Ensuring that all documented processes support scalability, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Supporting process improvement initiatives by providing BPM expertise and recommendations.
  • Communicating findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in clear and structured reports.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM) and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Strong expertise in ARIS for business process documentation.
  • Proven ability to work in large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
