Solution Engineer (Automation Specialist – KUBE365)

 

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and solutions-focused Solution Engineer to join our automation team. This role is responsible for designing and delivering workflow automation solutions using platforms such as KUBE365, Nintex, and Power Platform. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and clients to assess needs, propose tailored solutions, and drive successful implementations. The ideal candidate is passionate about automation, technically proficient, and client-oriented.


Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Define and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure efficient and timely execution.
  • Problem-solving: Analyze and troubleshoot project and technical issues to deliver quality, error-free solutions.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide oversight and guidance to technical teams to ensure delivery aligns with best practices and client expectations.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong client relationships, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure satisfaction across engagements.
  • Solution Development: Design and implement structured, scalable solutions that address complex business challenges.
  • Technical Proficiency: Stay current on automation tools and trends, and provide advisory on optimal tool configurations and integrations.
  • Proposal & Pre-Sales Support: Assist in preparing solution proposals and demos in collaboration with Sales and Consulting Directors.
  • Client Advisory: Act as a trusted consultant, offering strategic recommendations for automation design, enhancement, and compliance.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience)
  • Hands-on experience with KUBE365, Nintex, Microsoft Power Platform, or other automation tools
  • Strong knowledge of workflow design, process automation, and business analysis
  • Proficiency in project lifecycle management and documentation standards (SOPs, WIs)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
  • Ability to thrive in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Self-driven with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for solving problems through technology


Working Arrangements:

·       Fully in-office with flexibility to work from home in a case-to-case basis.

·       Company devices such as laptops are provided.

·       Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm working shift

·       Located at Port Tech Tower, Bandar Baru Klang.
