Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify, understand and document the business needs related to non-life insurance individual or business products.
• Translate the needs into requirements of new non-life insurance products (at product / Claims / Output level) and of product migrations.
• Validate requirements with stakeholders.
• Analyze and document changes to the already implemented products.
• Analyze and describe applicative changes to the Core System or regarding its interfaces.
• Assess the impact on existing processes and outline new processes.
• Maintain documentation.
• Perform initial testing after delivery.

Required Experience:

• Experience with non-life Insurance products (you are familiar with policies, claims, output and documentation).
• Previous business and process analysis working experience on insurance products.
• Experienced in functional Analysis.
• Used to work in Agile project mode.
• You performed business testing and are used to Scrum and Agile methodologies.
