We are involved in manufacturing, systems integration, trading and distribution activities.Our new line of business are in Hospitality and Food Packaging. Job Description:

  • Collect, observe, document issues, challenges and limitations of the existing business processes across different business functions in GTC Document Solutions business unit.
  • Analyse the issues, challenges and limitations; define/re-define the business processes, particularly related with data bases, work flows, procedures.
  • Provide insights and suggestions for improvements in the defined business processes to enhance operational efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Create measurable workplans to implement the improvements; oversee the implementations; evaluate and make adjustments as needed (Analyst).
  • Work with other business functions (Sales, Admin, Logistics, MIS, Technical Support, Accounting, Finance) in conducting the improvement initiatives.
  • Intensively coordinate with Business Process Team and provide other related supports and tasks as required by Business Process TL.
