About The Team

The Global Services Operations team are advisers to the Services Leadership Teams across North America, EMEA, APAC and Japan. We look end to end across the business translating the global Workday strategy into region specific execution plans. We provide the right insights at the right time to accelerate our business results. Our team tackles complex operational challenges, coaches Services Leadership and optimizes processes.

About The Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team with a passion for storytelling with data. The ideal candidate brings a detailed understanding of a Services business, Salesforce reporting, analysis techniques, and using performance metrics to show trends and patterns to help leaders make proactive decisions about their organizations. You will have great communication skills and be extremely proficient with Salesforce and Excel.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in internal metrics.
  • Ability to present information to leaders
  • Providing regular weekly and monthly reporting packs to senior leadership.
  • Partner with the other teams to support their projects
  • Salesforce hygiene & reporting
  • Support Global Operational asks such as help with presentations, fixing data, administration support

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or similar experience
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role

Other Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead structured meetings
  • Strong, multi-tasking, analytical, and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Tableau, Excel and Clari is highly recommended
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills to Senior Leadership
  • Good interpersonal skills and capable of building strong relationships across multiple teams and time zones
