The Manager of Business and Portfolio Operations within the Issuing Solutions Digital Product team will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the business. This position involves maintaining business infrastructure across various digital initiatives, including financial planning and analysis, billing processes, executive program dashboard development, and strategic initiatives such as new product pricing and upsell strategies.
The Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to prepare for internal presentations, address client requests, and support key strategy and operations activities. This position reports to the Head of Digital Business and Portfolio Operations and requires strong project and program management skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
Essential Functions
Business Operations
Develop and maintain monthly management dashboards for Digital Enablement and deliver accurate month-end financial analysis reports for use by Client Services, Product, and Sales teams.
Identify and address potential gaps or areas for improvement in existing systems, processes, and policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement necessary changes.
Participate in the development and management of the Digital P&L. Support ongoing management of DE P&L by reviewing outputs and identifying areas for additional analysis to drive better business decisions.
Strategic Communications and Content Development
Support the development of strategic communications and presentation content.
Proactively track and report on the delivery of DE product priority initiatives, providing visibility and transparency to stakeholders.
Support Revenue Acceleration initiatives through PMO support, sales materials development, data analysis, and operating model support and training.
Develop presentation content for key forums and meetings (town halls, team meetings, business reviews, quarterly meetings with key partners).
Stakeholder Engagement and Coordination
Build relationships with global and regional product management, marketing, design, data sciences, technology, finance, and other internal stakeholders.
Assist with managing the technology portfolio, collaborating with Product Owners to prioritize EPICs.
Support Department OKRs, KPIs, and Reporting
Assist in the monitoring, reporting, and alignment of OKRs and KPIs.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Proactively manage executive reporting activities, creating narratives and content for various audiences (PPT, data visualization).
Contribute to business reviews and provide insights to senior leadership.
Design, deliver, and run efficient and effective operating frameworks, including mechanisms to alert, track, and accelerate OKRs and KPIs.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 138,500.00 to 182,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
