Overview


BayaniPay is a fast-growing company providing embedded financial services, including remittance from North America to the Philippines. We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to establish and streamline processes, manage strategic projects and key accounts, and oversee daily business operations. This full time role will also be responsible for analyzing performance metrics and handling financial aspects of the business.


Key Responsibilities


Project and Product Management 

  • Manage end-to-end coordination of product rollout in the U.S. and internal teams 
  • Coordinate timelines, feature prioritization, and launch readiness across internal and external stakeholders
  • Define and document business user requirements aligned with product capabilities, regulatory standards, and customer experience goals
  • Collaborate with tech partner/s to translate requirements into deliverables, provide ongoing feedback during development, and validate features during testing and launch
  • Work with marketing team to develop and execute go-to-market campaigns, including communications, user education, in-store activations, and reward program integration
  • Track post-launch performance and customer adoption, and provide recommendations for product and operational enhancements


Remittance Operations and Customer Support

  • Lead the full operations cycle for remittance services and ensure 24/7 staffing and coverage for both remittance processing and customer support, while maintaining service quality, compliance, and cost efficiency within the approved budget and using existing resources
  • Project manage the development and rollout of agent platform
  • Design and implement a scalable onboarding process for agents, including SOPs, training materials, and operational toolkits
  • Monitor and track agent performance metrics, including Gross Transaction Value (GTV), revenue contribution, and service consistency 
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and partners to align on operational policies, compliance standards, and escalation protocols


Business Development and Account Management 

  • Manage and retain a portfolio of enterprise remittance accounts, ensuring continued engagement, support and transaction growth
  • Drive business development efforts to expand the client base by identifying, pitching, and onboarding new enterprise remittance clients


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, finance, business, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience in business development, project management, operations, or partnerships
  • Experience in the financial services or fintech industry is an advantage
  • Fluent in English and Filipino/Tagalog
  • Familiarity with the Filipino market in North America is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical skills and program management experience
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
