Summary

Job Purpose

Business Operations Manager will lead and optimize operations within our ADAS aftermarket division, with a specific focus on fleet operations, product delivery, installation, aftermarket sales support, and customer success. This role is critical to ensuring efficient deployment and ongoing performance of ADAS products across commercial fleets, enhancing post-sale customer experience, and driving operational excellence.

Role Expectations

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery process for ADAS aftermarket installations across fleet clients.
  • Coordinate with logistics, installation and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient deployments.
  • Monitor and optimize delivery timelines, costs, and quality metrics.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for fleet onboarding and field operations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to streamline post-sale activities, including contract execution, delivery and customer handoff.
  • Support pricing models, proposals, and RFQs by providing operational insights and cost analyses.
  • Drive repetitive sales order initiatives by identifying gaps and opportunities in existing customer operations.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for high-value fleet clients post-deployment, ensuring successful onboarding and product adoption.
  • Build customer success frameworks to proactively address performance issues, maintenance needs, and software updates.
  • Partner with technical support and engineering to resolve product-related challenges and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track key success metrics.
  • Leverage data to identify inefficiencies and continuously improve processes across delivery, support, and customer engagement.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility into operational KPIs.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to align product, operations, support, and commercial strategies.
  • Ensuring successful deliveries of our projects and solutions with time, cost and quality inline to AOP targets.

Reporting Structure

Role will report into CBO ADAS

PROFILE: Ideally ~

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 8+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in automotive tech, telematics, or aftermarket fleet services.
  • Deep understanding of ADAS systems and aftermarket product ecosystems.
  • Proven track record in customer success and delivery operations.
  • Passion for innovation, advanced technology systems and entrepreneurship
  • Proven track record of hiring, building, and scaling operations teams

REQUISITES: Preferred currently working with fleet owners or Product Company or automotive industry
