Job Description:

Are you a strategic operator with a passion for driving efficiency, financial rigor, and stakeholder alignment across fast-paced teams? We are looking for a Business Operations Manager.

In this role, you’ll be a key business partner supporting Technology and Service Partner teams, ensuring seamless execution of financial and procurement operations while helping us scale with purpose.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and procurement processes end-to-end
• Manage purchase orders, invoices, and spend tracking across multiple partner ecosystems
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency
• Partner closely with Finance, Sourcing, Accounting, and Risk teams for strategic alignment
• Support leadership with decision-making, prioritization, and resource allocation
• Communicate key updates on financial performance, blockers, and opportunities to stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, finance, or procurement
• Strong command of budget management, financial systems, and procurement tools (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Oracle)
• Proven success working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to executive stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
