We have partnered with a large public school system that is seeking a Business Operations Manager to join their team Full-Time.
This role is hybrid, onsite 3 days per week. You must also live within the Chicago city limits.
Business Operations Manager Requirements
- Procurement/vendor management experience
- PO management experience (budget & financial experience also ideal)
- Agency or professional service/corporate/government agency background
Business Operations Manager Responsibilities
- Procurement & Vendor Management: vendor management (onboarding, training, attestation, status calls, contracts, bids, etc.)
- PO Management: PO submissions, funds tracking, direct receiving & receipt request, vendor invoice submission management/payment tracking
- Budget & Financial Management: budget report support, transfer requests, project cost tracking, monthly finance report
- Talent Management: new employee onboarding, tech access, tech support
- Technology Support: new employee computer orders, tech support escalation, tech Stack Password Management, tech Stack Subscription Management
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
