Oversee and optimize Partner Ecosystem’s fiscal year forecast, drive the end to end procurement process, manage purchase orders, and incoming invoices
Identify areas of operational inefficiency and develop initiatives to streamline processes and accelerate velocity with impact
Collaborate with functional areas (Sourcing, Third Party Risk Management, Buy Desk, Accounting, Finance, Partner Ecosystems leadership, etc) to ensure alignment with budget and forecasting, company-wide objectives, and seamless execution of strategies
Assist the Partner Ecosystem’s leadership team with prioritization, decision-making, and budget allocation
Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for strategic initiatives
Provide regular updates to Partner Ecosystem’s leadership on budget allocation, major variances, and blockers
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, strategy, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
5+ years of experience in business operations or finance
Proven track record of developing, implementing, and scaling successful business processes
Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
Strong verbal and written communication skills; experience with communicating concisely to an executive audience
Ability to work cross-functionally, manage conflicting stakeholder interests, develop strong relationships, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
