Summary

Epitec is looking for a Business Operations Specialist for our Shark Client.


The Business Planning & Operations Lead, Reality Labs B2B Commercial Channel will partner with Global BP&O leaders, B2B Commercial Sales and other leaders. The role will entail business planning and insights, operating cadence (rhythm of the business), sales enablement and strategic projects to drive scalable revenue growth and operational effectiveness. The role will be part of the RL Global Sales Planning & Operations team, with a particular focus on sales capabilities and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning:
  • Collaborate with business or commercial leads to provide insights on team setup.
  • Handle headcount planning, goal setting, territory mapping, and productivity analysis.
  • Serve as the right hand to provide strategic direction.
  1. Revenue Business:
  • Maintain regular rigor and pulse of business numbers.
  • Prioritize deals and bills, analyze data from sales calls to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Conduct pipeline reviews and provide insights into business performance.
  • Tell compelling stories to leaders, driving business actions through analytical insights.
  1. Programs Element:
  • Understand business goals and work with stakeholders to close gaps.
  • Drive efficiencies and productivity improvements for the sales team through programs.
  • Enhance existing processes to make them great.

Requirements:

  • Holistic view of strategic planning and operations
  • Stakeholder management experience is crucial.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, including data pulling and reporting.
  • Familiarity with internal bespoke reporting tools (similar to Tableau).
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and mid-advanced formulas (IFs, ORs).
  • B2B sales experience is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to engage cross-functional teams and identify key participants.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or other relevant quantitative disciplines from a leading university.

• 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, sales operations and/or business operations in the technology/internet space.

  • •Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for data analysis and reporting.
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or similar platforms.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and represent the business in senior leadership meetings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with B2B enterprise channels and understanding of direct vs. indirect sales models.
  • Familiarity with SQL for data analysis (though not a primary requirement due to support from data science teams).
  • Knowledge of go-to-market strategies and experience in a cross-functional setup.
