Currently, we are excited to announce an opportunity for a Business Operations Intern to join our team as part of our 16-weeks internship program.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with tutors and various departments to support daily operations.
Maintain a vigilant eye on ongoing classes and ensure they run smoothly.
Coordinate class schedules using Zoom video meetings app.
Provide administrative support to different departments and projects as required.
Proactively identify and address client needs to ensure a positive experience.
Interpret client feedback on our product offerings and prepare detailed reports.
Document processes and log technical issues, as well as client compliments and complaints.
Requirements
Qualifications
A university student (minimum third year) or a recent graduate from any major (preferably with a background in Management).
Exceptional at handling administrative tasks.
Skilled in communication.
Possess a can-do attitude.
Willing to work in an on-site capacity (4 times per week) in the South Jakarta area.
Proficient in Office software (PPT, Excel, Word) and Zoom video meetings app.
Have intermediate proficiency in English.
