Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CRM reports, dashboards, and KPI trackers to monitor business performance
• Analyze workflows and business processes to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements
• Collect, cleanse, and interpret data to uncover actionable insights across departments
• Support sales initiatives by contributing to data-informed responses for proposals and customer requests
• Drive cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency and support organizational scale
• Monitor key performance metrics, spot trends or anomalies, and report findings to stakeholders
• Contribute to strategic planning and special initiatives as a thought partner to leadership

Qualifications

• Experience in business or sales operations, ideally within a B2B SaaS or tech environment
• Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) for building dashboards and automations
• Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar)
• Ability to craft data-backed responses to client proposals or RFPs
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with a track record of using metrics to drive business decisions
• Demonstrated success in identifying and implementing process improvements across teams
