Summary

Job Title: Business Operations Analyst
Location: Austin, TX - (4 days onsite)
Duration - 4 months contract to hire

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have proven business analysis/strategic analysis experience in a fast-paced environment. Must be very detail oriented, organized, and have excellent communication and documentation skills. The Business Analyst will work very closely with the Chief of Staff to assist with evaluating and documenting all operational deliverables and financials.

Responsibilities
  • Must have Excellent Excel and Power Point skills
  • Must be able to read financials, analyze data, break down spreadsheets and then present in "Layman's Terms". On top of that they must be able to answers questions at a higher level if management needs more clarity.
  • Must have business operations skillset and NOT an IT skill set
  • We must perform a Glider AI Assessment-PowerPoint and Excel skills will be tested
  • First interview will be ONSITE AT LPL FACILITY: 13620 North FM 620 Austin, Texas
  • Hybrid work schedule: 4 days onsite and 1 day remote
  • 2 interview process
Financial and Operational Analysis
  • Conduct financial analysis related to various aspects of budget management
  • Act as a liaison between multiple departments to ensure all reporting and analysis are accurately documented and tracked appropriately
  • Conduct financial analysis to determine economic viability of operational and program resourcing
Ad-hoc Analysis, Reporting, and Process Improvement
  • Various financial and operational reporting and analysis
  • Collaborate with management to ensure proper perspective is brought to decision-making
  • Provide feedback on processes, present and implement enhancements as needed
  • Perform other related projects as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related-field preferred
  • Must possess keen problem-solving skills and ability to perform corporate financial and business operations analysis
  • Strong PC skills: must have advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • The candidate should be able to effectively prioritize while being efficient and accurate
  • The ability to work within a team, take initiative, show strong attention to detail and be flexible are also requirements
