Overview Telna is looking for a full-time Business Operations as an addition to our growing team. As a Business Operations, you will be working closely with the Customer Success team and the Business team to address customers’ inquiries and solve challenges. You will become knowledgeable about the customers’ user journey to make it more efficient and organized while achieving company goals. You will constantly work to initiate collaboration between teams to increase productivity and efficiency with all operational processes. Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Customers Onboarding, Service Delivery, and Revenue Assurance. Perform Demos, Training Sessions for customers. Prepare Technical Documentation. Troubleshoot and solve problems in relation to Customer services and configuration. Support in relationship management with Strategic Partners. Maintain and document new cross-company operational processes and create procedures to support these processes. Support the existing monitoring tools and KPIs to help the organization exceed customers’ expectations. Assist with research, develop, and implement best practices, methodologies, and processes to improve operational efficiency, and profitability. Experience and Required Skills (Minimum Qualifications) Excellent written and oral communication skills. Understanding of business processes. Ability to identify and isolate problems and escalate as required. Experience with CRM platforms and ticketing system. Multitasking and analytical skills. Strong curiosity and willingness to learn.
