Working knowledge on oracle 10G Database is mandatory. Should have the knowledge on Oracle Pl/SQL Procedures, packages and query formation. Should be able to participate in the requirement collection meeting with business. Should have the ability in analyzing the Impact for the new requirements and provide estimates. Extremely good communication and should have worked in a consulting background in the past. Prefer local candidates.
