Are you passionate about building relationships, solving customer problems, and driving growth through service and support? If you're someone who enjoys working closely with clients, navigating technical challenges, and driving value through aftermarket solutions—this role may be a great fit.

We’re looking for a Customer Support & Service Sales Account Manager to take the lead in managing and growing relationships with a dedicated customer base. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of retaining and re-engaging key accounts by offering high-impact service solutions—including spare parts, system upgrades, and support contracts. You’ll work side-by-side with the broader sales and technical teams to deliver value and keep customers running at their best.

What You'll Do

  • Take ownership of key account relationships in your territory with a focus on long-term retention, upselling, and customer reactivation.
  • Drive revenue across all Customer Support Management (CSM) products—including spare parts, upgrades, and contracts—by understanding customer operations and pain points.
  • Re-engage inactive customers by identifying opportunities for service, parts, or upgrade needs that realign them with Husky’s value.
  • Lead sales presentations, create tailored proposals, and develop solutions that address customer goals and equipment performance.
  • Turn service challenges into opportunities—resolving issues quickly and strengthening long-term loyalty.
  • Partner with the capital equipment sales team (Rigid Sales) to develop unified strategies and ensure seamless communication across teams.
  • Contribute actively to your regional P&L, collaborating cross-functionally to align priorities and maximize impact.

What You Bring

  • 5–10 years of experience in the injection molding industry, especially in IMM service, maintenance, or technical sales.
  • Deep understanding of how injection molding systems work from a user or field support perspective.
  • Clear, confident communicator—whether presenting to leadership, resolving a technical issue, or aligning with internal teams.
  • Proven ability to manage complex accounts, organize priorities, and drive results independently.
  • Experience with or strong familiarity with Husky’s service team, products, or systems is a big plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a role with extensive travel across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Post-secondary education preferred but not required—experience and technical acumen are key.

Why This Role?

This is an opportunity to step into a strategic service-focused role with real ownership over customer relationships. You’ll have the tools, support, and flexibility to help customers maximize their investments and keep operations moving—while also growing your own impact in a technical, customer-driven sales environment.
