The Company

The Role


Behind each of these brands is a dedicated team ensuring the success of every product put to market. CDB Product teams manage the day to day, new product development and marketing programs for all brands, taking great pride in strong relationships with retail partners and external agencies.


We're excited to announce this new opportunity for a Business Manager to head up the PM team in Electrical. A hugely successful category with fast growth and big wins – with more to come!


You will –


  • Develop and deliver Budget and Business plan objectives to grow the business – you're driving the numbers that fuel the business’ success
  • Lead performance and strategic direction of the Business Unit – you'll set the course and keep the team moving forward
  • Drive product category direction & performance – you're across the numbers, the relationships, and all that it takes to achieve success in your category
  • Manage top class relationships with suppliers, retail partners and stakeholders, keeping an eye on sales numbers and targets
  • Marketing Management - Develop in store trade marketing solutions with retail and suppliers and manage 3rd party marketing agencies
  • Proactively involved in growth of the online business for your category
  • Maximise distribution of categories, proactively across all available retail data
  • Identify product development opportunities for existing accounts
  • Provide product training and support to the merchandise team
